Harmonious and gratifying sex life is not just a lubricant for marital life, it is also the catalyst for the creation of new life, the dream baby for many couples. This is the reason why when we are taking care of the reproductive health of men and women, we also value and promote the needs to improve their sexual hygiene. We have noticed how fertility treatment could cause interference of various degrees with couples’ sex life, which implied the need for restoration through the help of psychosexual counseling. We share the same wish to see the fulfillment of a dream of parenthood for all couples , For this we strongly encourage couple to seek professional psychosexual counseling when there is a felt need before, during and after fertility treatment,
• Psychogenic infertility/ sub fertility related to sexual dysfunctions
• Psychosexual adjustment related to infertility/ sub fertility and assisted reproduction
• Regulation of couple relationship
Genetic counseling is the process in which the parents to be who are at an risk of an inherited disorder are advised on the consequences and nature of the disorder , the probability of developing or transmitting it and the options open to them in management and family planning
Cryopreservation is a process where cells are preserved by cooling to sub-zero temperatures. At low enough temperatures, any enzymatic or chemical activity which might cause damage to the material is stopped.

Fertility Enhancing Surgery
Many conditions can contribute to infertility, including fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic adhesions (scar tissue in the pelvis) and uterine anomalies such as a uterine septum and adhesions (scar tissue inside the uterus, see Asherman's syndrome).
The following surgical procedures can be performed to treat conditions that lead to infertility:
Surgical Sperm Retyrival
Surgical sperm retrieval may be a treatment option for men with an obstruction preventing sperm release, due to injury or infection or Congenital absence of the vas deferens (men born without the tube that drains the sperm from the testicle), Non-obstructive azoospermia - the testicles are producing such low numbers of sperm that they don't reach the vas etc .
PESA Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration
MESA Testicular Sperm Extraction
TESE Testicular Sperm Extraction
TESA Testicular Epididymal Sperm Aspiration
Doctors at Primus often do a cost-benefit analysis of all the medications they prescribe and the surgical procedures that they have to offer to the patient community and based on this, the right kind of diagnosis is done and patients are suggested only those IVF procedures that are in sync with their available disposable incomes.
